Public Market!
We wents to the public market, today, and this time we brought money! Here's all the stuff we got for under $35:
The hydrangea was $10, ALL of the grapes were $5, and the apples were $2. The cheese, vanilla extract and bread appear to be local. Overall, I think we only spent slightly less than what we spend at Wegman's, but we went in the middle of the day. Apparently the prices drop a lot 30 minutes before closing time as the vendors try to get rid of everything before they go home. We'll have to try that next time, perhaps.
Anyway: yay food! And flowers!
