New pictures, New fishies. R.I.P. Mini-Koi.

Well, we've got new pictures! First, we got some fishies yesterday. We got two new albino cories so they could school, which means we now have four cories: Lenny, Carl, Barney and Homer. We don't actually know their genders, but if any of them has eggs, we'll know. We also got a ramshorn snail, named Mr. Snail. We ALSO got a painted red platy named Mini-Koi (he had black speckles like a koi), but Paul didn't like him. He flared up at him every time he passed by, and chased him a little. Eventually, we found Mini-Koi at the bottom of the tank, dead, with part of his tail-fin missing. Tail-fins heal, so we think he just got too stressed out, and the nipping was the final straw.

*sigh*

So, I guess our tank is complete. No more platies for Paul.

Happy pictures! Oro decided to try to take a nap in our CD shelf, so naturally we had to take a picture. We also got a picture of the kitties playing in the tub. They looooove the tub. Every time we got to take a shower, they have to come with us. If we don't let them in, Meara meows at the door. They like to walk between the two shower curtains (the inside and outside, not the one at the end). Oro tries to attack me through the clear one. He fell in once, doing that. Heehee. Sometimes, Oro will camp out on the ledge at the foot of the tub, while Meara sits on the toilet and stick her head in to watch the water. Then when you leave, they lick the water out of the tub. And these little rat cats have a water fountain!

Oh, and Meara peed on the shower mat. Baaad Meara. Bad. Its soaking right now.
